• We can cancel the order if the product amount is not reflected in our payment gateway account.
• We accept order cancellation before we ship the product. In this case, we refund the full product amount to your provided bank details/wallet/UPI.
• If you cancel the product after the shipment(shipment in transit), we refund the product amount after deducting the shipping cost and cancellation fee of 100/-. 100/- per kg shipping cost will be deducted. Ex. If your shipping weight is 2kg then 200/- shipping cost will be deducted. Applicable for Free shipping Also.
• If the product is delivered then there will be no cancellation of the product. No refund will be provided. You can only return the product for size issue/damaged parcel/unstitched cloth.
• If you are applicable for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to you within 7-8 days.

We make all our products with love and wish to see you adore them like we do, however, in any case, if you feel unsure about your order and don’t want to continue with it, we will always respect your decision and cancel your order.
